- Obtaining instructions and witnesses from relevant departments/Sectors
- Preparation of lease documents, agreement for lease, assignments, and contracts documents
- Preparation of consents to transfer and consent to charge
- Verification of supporting documents for preparation of transfers, leases, agreements for lease, and assignments
- Submission of Conveyancing documents to the Lands office for registration.
- Preparation of performance bonds.
- Drafting County Bills and Policies
- Carrying out research on policy formulation and Legislative drafting
